Panic Symptoms – Had Any Of These?

You may be having them, and you may not even realise it. When I say “having them” I mean panic symptoms. When you know what they are, you can recognise & stop them dead before they get a vice like grip on you.

Rapid heartbeat & shallow breath.

This is a major symptom of panic attacks. If you have these then it’s likely you are having panic attacks. Of course there may be an underlying health problem and it’s best to get checked out first. But if they are panic attack symptoms you should act fast.

Always feeling irritated.

We live in such a fast moving world it’s kind of easy to get irritated with people most of the time. However this could be another panic symptom. If you are having this symptom coupled with others, act now.

Can’t sleep.

There are many reasons why you may not be able to sleep properly. It can also be a panic attack symptom. If you do struggle to sleep you should look deeper into it.

Do you worry more than other people?

Everybody worries about things, and quite often. Most of us don’t dwell on it. The worry seems to disappear as quick as it came. There’s a saying that if this time next year you won’t even think about it, why worry about it now. Worrying all the time about the slightest problems could well be a sign of anxiety disorder.

You can do something about it.

If you feel you are experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks because you are having panic symptoms. The first thing you must do is get examined by a healthcare professional. You may even be able to quell any fears if you get the all clear from your doctor.

After this if you still believe you may be a panic attack victim there are other things you can do. There are some really successful techniques out there that have worked for lots of people just like you. And best of all these techniques involve no drugs or hospital visits.

If you are suffering any or all of the above panic symptoms you should seek help sooner rather than later. You may find the answer to your problems here at this website Panic-Stations.com

Would You Recognise A Panic Attack?

Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are basically the same thing, and they are on the rise. Who knows whether it’s our modern more stressful way of life or not. Still, they are increasing and causing more and more people some serious grief.

Would you recognise a panic attack if you had one? That’s a hard one as the symptoms are wide ranging and can be quite mild, although they can also be terrifying. You may just feel a bit of a hot sweat. But you may also feel like your heart is bursting out of your chest.

I guess if you were having the second type of symptom you’d be very aware you need help to put this right. But you could also be having mild symptoms and not even know it’s an anxiety related attack. Mild symptoms could be a sign that you are heading for something much worse sooner rather than later.

The first (bad) panic attack my wife suffered was actually while she was driving. It wasn’t the fact she had suffered an attack that hit her worst, but the fact she could easily have hit and killed someone or maybe even herself. This scenario just doesn’t bear thinking about.

If you have been feeling a little off lately, maybe suffering any of these symptoms…. Feeling anxious or on edge, can’t sleep, can’t concentrate, can’t sit still or feeling irritated. Having any of these mild symptoms could be a warning sign.

Let me put you at ease a little before you actually break out and have an attack. Many things can cause symptoms like the above symptoms. And you shouldn’t worry about them. Lack of sleep may just be too much caffeine. Fidgeting may be uncomfortable clothing.

But before we dismiss everything it’s still safer to be sure you aren’t a panic attack victim. A panic (anxiety) symptoms test will give you a better idea of whether you are at risk. The test involves answering yes or no to a few questions and adding your score up at the end.

You can then make a better informed decision to seek out further help or not. You can find a panic attack symptoms test here.
